We have a Portfolio of more than 100 Custom Built Homes all over Melbourne including the Prestigious Sanctuary Lakes, Toorak, Hawthorn, Balwyn and Essendon. Our Commercial Division focuses on the design and construction of Medical Centers, Dental Clinics, Factories and Childcares.

A prominent family run Business with a team that has collective of more than 50 years’ experience in Construction, we will not just build your house we will build your home.

In Business for more than 35 years, VP Homes and Commercial are solely based on Referral and Reputation, Our Director Phil who took over from Father Sam, is a Register Domestic Builder Unlimited (DBU), a Registered Commercial Limited Builder (CBU), a qualified Civil Engineer and an Energy Rater. His focus is on the Design aspects and will guide you through a Custom, Practical and Exquisite Home.

Phil is Supported by a Team of 7 Employees who all add value in the process and will ensure that you within reason, have the ability to make the decisions as you go, as a true Custom Builder should.
